- Install Manifold Gauges And Monitor A/C System Pressures. All Ok At This Time And System Initially Blows Cold. After System Heats Up The Compressor Shuts Down And Will Not Restart. Test Fuses, Relays, And Power/ Ground To Compressor. All Tested Good At This Time. Inspect And Test A/C Compressor Clutch, Found Excessive Clearance Between Clutch And Electromagnet Assembly. Remove Front Clutch Assembly And Remove The Only Shim. Retest System, Unable To Make System Shut Down Again At This Time. Compressor Clutch Is Worn And Will Require Replacement Of The Compressor If This Happens Again.
- Removed Mouse Debris From Engine Air Filter Housing And Replaced Filter. Removed Leafs And Other Debris From Cabin Air FIlter Housing And Replaced Cabin Air Filter As Needed
- Changed Motor Oil & Replaced Filter, Added 5.5QTS Synthetic Motor Oil, Lube Chassis, Check all Fluid Levels
- Waste Oil Removal
