- Check Diagnostic Trouble Codes. Found Code P0442 EVAP System Small Leak Detected. Test Purge Valve, Vent Valve, And All Associated Wiring.(all tested ok at ths time) Smoke Test EVAP System, Found Leak At Back Side Of Fuel Filler Pipe.
- Remove Air Cleaner Box, Battery, Battery Tray And Front Bumper Cover To Gain Access To Transmission Cooler Pipes. Replaced Cooler Pipes And Reassemble As Needed. Drain And Refill Transmission Fluid With Customer Supplied Fluid. Road Test And Inspect For Leaks. None Found At This Time.
- Removed Left Rear Inner Fender Liner To Gain Access To Fuel Filler Pipe. Replaced Filler Pipe And Reassemble As Needed. Clear Diagnostic Codes And Road Test. No Codes Present At This Time.
