- Inspect Cooling System For Cause Of Engine Over Heating. Coolant Level Is Very Low, Pressure Tested Cooling System And Found Leaking Coolant Outlet Housing. CUSTOMER STATED THAT ENGINE OVERHEATED MORE THAN ONCE MAY HAVE INTERNAL DAMAGE.
- Replaced Coolant Outlet Assembly. Clean Coolant From Top Of Engine And Pressure Test System To Verify System Integrity. No Leaks Found At This Time. Refill WIth New Coolant And Bleed Air From System As Needed. Engine Makes A Taping Sound When Warm, May Have Internal Damage From Over Heats.
