    • Changed Motor Oil & Replaced Filter, Added 7 QTS Synthetic Motor Oil, Lube Chassis, Check all Fluid Levels. ENGINE OIL DRAIN PLUG WAS PREVIOUSLY OVER TIGHTENED AT ANOTHER SHOP AND DAMAGED OIL PAN/ DRAIN PLUG THREADS. REPLACED DRAIN PLUG AND GASKET. NO LEAKS AT THIS TIME BUT NEED TO KEEP EYE ON, MAY NEED OIL PAN REPLACEMENT AT NEXT SERVICE IF PLUG DOES NOT COME OUT OR STARTS TO LEAK.

    • Install Refrigerant Pressure Gauges. Monitor System Pressures, Compressor Operation And Test HVAC Performance. Pressures Are Normal, Compressor Is Cycling And Vent Temperature Is 40F At This Time. Road Test, After 2.5 Miles A/C Went Warm. A/C Compressor Is Not Running. Test A/C Compressor Clutch Power And Grounds. All Working Normal. A/C Compressor Clutch Has Failed And Will Require Replacement Of A/C Compressor.
