    • Check Diagnostic Trouble Codes. Found Code P2096 "Position Fuel Trim Lean" Stored In Memory. Monitor O2 Sensors With Scan Tool, All Reading Normal At This Time. Inspect Exhaust And Found Failed Flex Joint Just In Front Of Rear O2 Sensor. Suspect As Flex Pipe Expands It Is Allowing Excess Air Into Exhaust Stream Causing Rear O2 Sensor Reading To Read Too Lean. Will Require Replacement Of Front Pipe To Start. May Also Have Intermittently Failing O2 Sensors.
    • Changed Motor Oil & Replaced Filter, Added 5 QTS Synthetic Blend Motor Oil, Lube Chassis, Check all Fluid Levels
    • WASTE OIL REMOVAL
    • Heat And Free Rusted Nuts. Remove And Replaced Front Pipe, Gaskets And Hardware. Clear Diagnostic Codes, Road Test And Monitor O2 Sensors. All Reading Normal At This Time.
    • Replaced Left Outer Tie Rod As Needed
    • Road test vehicle. Check all suspension and steering parts for wear. Check tire pressure and condition. Check riding height. Check caster and camber angles and adjust as required. Check and set toe-in as required. Center steering wheel.
    • Right Front Side Marker, Both Front Parking Lights, High Mount Brake Light And Left License Plate Light

    • Check Diagnostic Codes, Found Code " C1209 Wheel Speed Sensor Rear- Right Open/Short" Stored In Memory. Road Test With Scan Tool And Confirm ABS/ TRAC Lights Are Illuminated. Monitor Wheel Speed Sensors, Right Rear Is Reading 0 At Any Speed. Test/ Inspect Right Rear Wheel Bearing, Speed Sensor And Wiring. Wiring Tested Good At This Time, Right Rear Wheel Speed Sensor Is Intermittently Open And Wheel Bearing Is Noisy Will Require Replacement Of Right Rear Wheel Bearing.
    • Replaced RIght Rear Wheel Bearing, Clear ABS Codes And Road Test As Needed. No ABS/ TRAC Lights On At This Time.
    • Pressure Test Cooling System. Found Failed Clap At Lower Radiator Hose. Replaced Clamp And Top Off System As Needed

Removed Cylinder #1 Spark Plug, Looks To Have Been Replaced At Some Point. Suspect Possible Intermittent Coil Failure. Recommend Replacing Spark Plugs, Ignition Coils And Air Filter To Start. MAY HAVE OTHER ISSUES
